Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever.
Hebrews 13:8
Do you worry? I wonder what you worry about. Is it your future, family, money situation, your health? Or maybe, like me, you spend your time having anxious thoughts about the little things, like the car starting in the morning, the bills, having enough time to do everything, the onset of Christmas; I could go on. There is after all an insurance for almost everything. This morning I noticed an insurance for dental health and I immediately started worrying that my teeth were going to fall out through lack of money. Here in the UK people spend a fortune on private health insurance because they worry that our free health service will not be enough for them. We live in an everchanging world, and the media and advertisers make the most of our fears for their own financial gain.
Jesus Christ never ever changes. God says to us in the Bible, 'Do not fear, do not be anxious, I will provide for you'. He repeats this countless times throughout the Bible. Some say that the words 'do not fear' appear 366 times; once for every day and for a leap year! He is our Provider. He is our loving Father. He promises to give us all that we need. The God of the Bible is the God of the now. He is telling us not to worry today, not to worry for a second longer. Let's say together, 'I trust You LORD, for everything I need, now and forever. Everything'.

22And he said unto his disciples, Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat; neither for the body, what ye shall put on.
23The life is more than meat, and the body is more than raiment.
24Consider the ravens: for they neither sow nor reap; which neither have storehouse nor barn; and God feedeth them: how much more are ye better than the fowls?
Luke 12:22-24 KJV
With faith, there is nothing to worry about.
By the time I get to verse 37, it makes me say "Amen. Come, Lord Jesus!"
Peace brother! Nice post.
Thank you so much for this post. I needed the encouragement after what's happened in the past week.
God bless, and Shalom!

Thanks for this post. We all need to put our trust in our Lord.
I'm glad Isaiah [Sicarii] got encouraged too =)

Great post...great reminder!!
Insurance for everything- that is so true. We are prone to thinking we can buy (and labor) our way towards security. But taking up our cross and following Him into the unknown is the way to a life of peace, power, and provision for the task He calls us to.
Keep telling us to go onward with Him- cause once we've decided to follow Jesus, there is no turning back, ...no turning back.
