But he said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ's power may rest on me.
2 Corinthians 12:9
In my recent blogging break I had more time to do some surfing, and I came across some great sites which I will be sharing with you later. Amongst them was this video which I found particularly encouraging. It is worth watching, if you have the time. It is the testimony of a man born with no limbs who still finds himself able to say ‘I am fearfully and wonderfully made’. It is encouraging, not in the sense that here is a man who has ‘worse’ problems than me (for the worst problems are the ones that I feel and suffer personally) but because here is a man who can see God’s power in his weakness and has chosen to give God glory and thanks in his adverse circumstances. This, in my opinion is the hardest and greatest healing that can be achieved.
