Skywatch #9

Claremont Landscape Gardens, originally uploaded by duopastorale.

Praise him, you highest heavens and you waters above the skies. Let them praise the name of the LORD, for he commanded and they were created. Praise the LORD from the earth you mountains and all hills, fruit trees and all cedars.
Psalm 148:4-5, 7 and 9

This was taken at beautiful National Trust property very close to where I live, Claremont Landscape Gardens. The day I visited in February was beautifully clear, as you can see. I love the way this cedar tree arches into the photograph. You can also see the moon if you look carefully. Our weather here in the UK has been rather unpredictable this year. The Winter was mostly bright but Spring is proving to be wet and cold! The bonus is we had flurry of snow on Easter Day!

Lots of elements make this gorgeous. The cedar certainly, the green, the bare branches in the center and a barely there moon - wonderful composition!
